founded by ramsie lockett, selah wellness was born from a lifelong love for creating. from a young age, ramsie was always drawn to crafting, making, & building things by hand - a passion that has remained a core part of who she is. over time, that childhood creativity grew into a deeper calling rooted in faith & a desire to care for the body & home in a natural, thoughtful way.
what began as a simple love for making has grown into a God-led craft that ramsie genuinely loves & feels honored to share with others.
the word selah appears throughout the psalms & is often understood as a pause - a moment to breathe, reflect, & rest in the presence of God. that heart is woven into everything we create. in a fast-moving world, selah wellness exists as an invitation to slow down & care for the body God has entrusted to us.
